WEATHER UPDATE

We are not planning on meeting tonight (Monday). Instead, we will meet this weekend with all normal programming. Stinkin' snow!?!!

welcome!

Welcome to Crossroads on the web - thanks for dropping by!

The name Crossroads comes from the idea that life’s a journey. At some point in this journey, most people come to believe that life has a spiritual component, and this is your crossroads.  You decide next what you are going to do about it; Crossroads is here to help you seek, learn, and grow through that decision and the rest of the journey afterwards.

Crossroads is striving to be a missional church. We understand the privilege that Christ-followers have of being Christ’s representatives in our world, and we are hard at work on the process of making the sense of always being “on mission” with God an increasing reality in the every-day lives of our people. At Crossroads, encouraging our people to understand, embrace, and grow in their practice of being "on mission" everyday takes a variety of forms. Click through the website to learn a bit about us, but come check us out to get a real sense of who we are.

current message series - church with an attitude

We believe all Christ-followers should take Paul’s words in Philippians 2 to heart and live a life that reflects Jesus. We also believe our church should collectively reflect the values of Christ as we pursue the life of God. For the next few weeks, we’ll be exploring some key commitments that define Crossroads:
  • commitment to life change
  • commitment to following Jesus
  • commitment to our mission to live and reveal the Kingdom of God (pt 1)
  • commitment to our mission to live and reveal the Kingdom of God (pt 2)

where we meet

We meet every Sunday at 10:30AM in the Kilby Center, a big multi-purpose building on the back of the Severn campus of Annapolis Area Christian School. (Another church meets in the Kerr Center, the first building on campus, so don't park in the first few big parking lots; you need to drive around back. If you see lots of people in dressy clothes, you're in the wrong place.) You can park in the lots beside the sand volleyball court. Walk up the long sidewalk and enter through the glass doors. Relax in our cafe with a cup of gourmet coffee, and join us in the cafeteria for something different from what you probably expect.
